ORDER PROCESSING

Revight processes orders on weekdays (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.

While most orders are shipped within 2 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. High volume Periods and Holidays may cause delays. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS

When a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. Pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipping and will be dispatched at a later specified date. Expect delivery within 4-6 weeks, which includes 3-4 weeks for production and an additional 1-3 weeks for shipping. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be provided on the product page, and we will strive to adhere to this timeline. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will promptly inform you of any changes to the shipping schedule. For standard items (not marked as pre-order), your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days, or as otherwise specified.

 Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to Revight by the courier, we will reach out to you and issue a refund for the merchandise. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

* Please be aware that the timelines mentioned above start after the order has been shipped, not from the time the order is placed. If your order includes a pre-ordered item and you select express shipping, express shipping will not expedite the ship date.
