Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Revight! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy below.

  • Revight exclusively provides exchanges. All purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless an item is defective. We take great care in packaging each order but sometimes things happen during shipping that is beyond our control.
  • If you've received a damaged or defective product please contact us! Notice must be given to info@revight.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged or defective item for a quick resolution. You will hear from us in 1-3 business days. The item(s) must be in an unused, unworn, unaltered, and odor-free condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Exchanged items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap.
  • Revight reserves the right to refuse return requests if the merchandise is not in a salable condition or fails to meet our standards. Items that exhibit any signs of use, wear, damage, stains, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for exchange processing. Any Exchange attempted after 5 business days will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. We recommend using the most cost-effective shipping method available that includes tracking. Revight is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
  • Revight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facilities. If an item is lost or stolen, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide the necessary information, including the address, shipping carrier details, tracking information, and date of delivery, to assist with your claim investigation. Compensation for lost or stolen packages will be handled through the shipping carrier.
  • Refunds will be processed upon receiving returned/Undeliverable items and will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@revight.com.
  • We do not issue credit notes; all refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. If you wish to cancel your order after this 24-hour period, a cancellation fee of 35% of the order value will be applied to cover administrative costs, materials, and any work already completed. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped or completed.
